The Reverend Money Collective is a member-driven community of faith leaders committed to pursuing economic justice through their vocational call.
At Reverend Money, we know that faith leaders—whether in traditional or nontraditional roles—are on the front lines of economic change. We believe that by investing in your financial fluency and connecting you with a community of like-minded leaders, we can create a world where economic justice is a reality.
We understand Economic Justice to be the pursuit of equitable systems and practices that ensure all individuals and communities have access to the resources, opportunities, and support necessary for dignified living. It encompasses the fair distribution of wealth, the eradication of systemic inequities, and the empowerment of economically marginalized groups, guided by principles of compassion, stewardship, and collective responsibility.
Our goal is to provide an interactive platform, free of charge, to help connect you to education, resources, and collaborative partners that can aid you in your work around economic justice.
We invite you to bring your lived experience and wisdom. Economic Justice is complex and what may work in one neighborhood or region might not make sense in another context. However, we believe that collectively we can find a way forward that grounds our work in the pursuit of economic justice for all.
Engage with a network of faith leaders who share your commitment for economic justice. This isn’t just a network—it’s a collective. Here, you’ll find partners in purpose, people who understand the unique economic challenges and opportunities in this shared work. Share experiences, exchange ideas, and build relationships that can lead to powerful collaborations.
The Reverend Money Collective offers classes and events that inspire, educate, and motivate. From workshops led by financial experts to Q&A sessions with innovative faith leaders, these events provide a space to learn and grow. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies for financial wellness, community-based economic initiatives, and more.
We are building out a comprehensive Resource Library that has been designed with you in mind. Here, you’ll find guides, tools, and resources on everything from budgeting for small congregations to understanding investment options for community impact. The library is regularly updated with new content so you can stay informed and empowered.
